Vrai Records · for voice professionals

Put your voice terms
on the record.

A Vrai Record is a public, time-stamped reference record of your stated voice-use terms. It gives people, platforms, studios, legal teams, datasets, AI systems, and future voice-tracking tools a clear place to check your position.

Your terms relate to AI, synthetic media, likeness, digital doubles, and future technologies. A Vrai Record does not authorize any use by itself — written agreement is required.

Identity-verified at creation. We do not store your identity documents. A Vrai Record does not replace contracts or applicable legal rights.

What it does

A public reference point others can check.

A Vrai Record is a public, time-stamped reference record of stated voice-use terms. It helps reduce ambiguity by making the performer's position easier to find, reference, and review.

A time-stamped public record

Your stated voice-use terms, recorded and dated, referenceable by anyone.

Machine-readable terms

Written so people and systems — platforms, datasets, AI tools — can read your stated position.

Attribution continuity

One record per creator that can be updated over time, with lasting public referenceability.

Be clear about what this is

What it is — and what it is not.

What it is

  • A public, time-stamped record of stated terms
  • A public reference point others can check
  • Machine-readable performer terms
  • Attribution continuity
  • A record that can be updated over time
  • A reference point for platforms, legal teams, datasets, AI systems, and future tracking tools

What it is not

  • DRM
  • Anti-scraping software
  • Watermarking
  • Takedown automation
  • Platform enforcement
  • Legal advice
  • A replacement for contracts
  • A guarantee of enforcement or removal
  • Authorization for AI or synthetic use

A Vrai Record does not technically prevent scraping, copying, AI training, voice cloning, or synthetic voice generation. It gives responsible parties and future systems a public place to check your stated terms, and gives you a public reference point if a dispute or platform complaint occurs.

No AI training, synthetic voice, likeness, digital-double, cloning, or related use is authorized without a written agreement. A Vrai Record does not replace contracts or AI riders — it sits upstream by recording your stated position that written agreement is required.

Who it's for

Voice-centered performers and creators.

Vrai Records are designed for voice-centered performers and creators — voice actors, podcasters, broadcasters, streamers, and content creators.

How it works

01

Create it

Identity-verified at creation. We do not store your identity documents.

02

It's published

Your Vrai Record gets a persistent public Record Name and becomes a public reference record.

03

Reference it

A link and QR code others can reference — for your site, profiles, media kits, and materials.

04

Update it

One record that evolves as your terms change — each update time-stamped, continuity preserved.

Access & continuity

Keep access under your control.

Your Vrai Record remains public and readable over time. You protect access to updates with your Recovery Sheet, backup file, and password.

If all access materials are lost, the existing record remains public, but a new identity-verified Vrai Record is needed to update your terms. If needed, you may use Continuity Reference to connect the new record to the earlier record.

Future interoperability

Optional Ecosystem Identifiers.

Vrai Records can also support optional Ecosystem Identifiers, such as voice fingerprint IDs, watermark IDs, registry IDs, attribution system IDs, or related references. These can help connect a Vrai Record to future tracking, attribution, authentication, or review systems.

Common questions

The short answers.

What is a Vrai Record?

A public, time-stamped reference record that allows you to define how your voice can or cannot be used. It does not replace contracts or applicable legal rights.

Does creating a Vrai Record authorize AI use of my voice?

No. It does not authorize AI training, voice cloning, synthetic use, or unrestricted reuse. Authorization remains governed by your declaration and any written agreement.

Does a Vrai Record stop AI from scraping or cloning my voice?

No. It does not technically prevent scraping, copying, AI training, cloning, or synthetic voice generation. It creates a public place for people, platforms, datasets, and AI systems to check your stated terms, and a reference point if a dispute occurs.

Is Vrai only for voice actors?

No — it's for voice-centered performers and creators, which may include podcasters, broadcasters, streamers, and content creators.

Can I update my Vrai Record later?

Yes. Each update is a new time-stamped entry within your existing record, so it evolves while preserving continuity.
